Unfortunately due to many reasons NERO Toronto no longer accepts transfers from any game other then a registered NERO International Chapter.

All characters from registered NERO International Chapters will be accepted at full XP.

Any LCO Items from other chapters will be refused at the door, and any other items or effects/rituals/plot coming into the game are subject to approval.
