Absentee Policy

NERO Toronto does support the Absentee Policy however there are some things that you should know about this system and how it applies.
Please ensure that you read this entire page before sending us your money for attending an event if you are coming from another Campaign. There are some restrictions that you will need to be aware of.

What You (the player) Must Do
  • The player wishing to utilize the policy must contact the NERO Toronto Logistics Team via email at: logistics@neroto.com.
  • The player must then contact their Home Campaign and have them send their character card to the NERO Toronto Logistics Team via the email above.
  • The player then must send NERO Toronto their event fees to the address listed on our Contact Us page.Paypal/Money Orders are preferred.

    What We Will Do For You
  • Acknowledge to your Home Chapter that we have received your character card.
  • Take your money.
  • Register you as a paying player in our game.
  • Contact your Home Chapter after the event to notify them of your attendance.

    What This Does For You

  • Allows you to 'attend' an event at another campaign in a weekend that one of your regular campaigns is not hosting an event.
  • When we notify your Home Chapter of your attendance you will receive credit for your attendance.

    Payment via Paypal
    Payment via Paypal is simple, all you need is a Paypal Account. Registering a personal account is Free, and can be used to pay for your event.

    NOTE: THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS!

  • You may not attempt to receive credit for attendance for a NERO Toronto Event in the same weekend where you are attending an event at another NERO Campaign.
  • You may not attempt to receive credit for attendance for a NERO Toronto Event in the same weekend where you are receiving credit for attending another NERO Campaign on the same dates.
  • Anyone who does not attend and event in person, but who has paid for a credit of attendance, shall be credited for the event if they have paid the full event cost. Credit for attending the event will not be given to anyone who has pre-paid.
    Anyone who has pre-paid for an event will not be eligible to use this policy. Any funds processed for a pre-registration will be used for the next event attended in person.
